The Role

Reporting into the Chief Executive Officer, as the Finance Director, you will play a crucial role in our finance team. You will be responsible for end-to-end financial control including ensuring accurate financial and reporting SOPs, quarterly and annual financial compliance and strong focus on improving financial controls and processes. Main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Managing month end including oversight of balance sheet, general ledger and fixed assets
• Preparing and delivering accurate financial reports and managing external vendors for audit and compliance
• Managing finance team and their deliverables, with relationships to external partners
• Preparing and maintaining cash flow forecasts
• Reviewing and understanding current processes surrounding balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow forecasting to identify areas of improvement and automation
• Development of Go to Market strategy and pricing strategies aligned to market
• Project management of process, efficiency and system implementations to automate and create value
• Change management within finance and across the business to maintain and develop cultural improvements
