• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner.
• Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory accounting, including stock valuation and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and supporting documents.
• Provide reports and analysis on sales, expenses, and other key financial metrics.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Manage and track operating expenses (OPEX), ensuring costs are within budget and identifying areas for cost-saving.
• Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.

• 1- 2 years experience as an Assistant Accountant
• Background working in retail-or FMCG industry
• Working towards CPA/ CA
• Ability to work as a team player, able to collaborate with other work streams and to help develop compliant and operationally practical solutions regarding technical matters

• Competitive salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 + superannuation, based on experience.
