Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our services, policies, and procedures.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to enhance customer interactions.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting performance metrics and quality standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs and priorities.
