• Develop, implement, and manage the indirect procurement strategy.
• Conduct supplier negotiations and manage vendor relationships.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement procurement efficiency's.
• Monitor market trends and conduct procurement risk assessments.
• Prepare procurement and contract documentation in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and develop improvement plans.
• Drive sustainability initiatives within the procurement process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Indirect Procurement Specialist should have:

• A degree in supply chain management, business, finance or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
• A will to learn negotiation and vendor management skills.
• An understanding of procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
