As a Retail Manager for HUGO BOSS, you'll play a critical role in maximizing store profitability through strategic commercial decisions while ensuring the highest standards of the HUGO BOSS brand are upheld. This elevated role focuses on the training and development of store teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

What you can expect:

  • Maximise on sales opportunities through adhering to & championing the HUGO BOSS selling principles
  • Build strong customer relationships by building HUGO BOSS brand awareness & loyalty
  • Manage and / or collaborate with Area Managers and HR recruitment process, onboarding and continuous performance management of staff
  • In collaboration with Area Managers and Merchandise team, map out training plans to build product knowledge and styling capability
  • Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom training, virtual training and one on one coaching in-store
  • Manage and / or collaborate with the Stock Coordinator stock levels, processing of all stock movement, stocktakes, floor replenishment
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of top performing and low performing categories / products within the store and provide feedback to the Merchandise team accordingly to ensure the right product mix
  • Monitor Profit & Loss of the store
  • Comply with all prescribed OH&S guidelines and policies and procedures

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in Business Management (desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience in a retail management role
  • Strong commercial skills with an understanding of current fashion trends
  • Strong analytical skills and solution-orientated thinking
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build internal and external relationships
