About the role:
We are looking for an MS Dynamics Solutions Architect to oversee technology architecture activities related to the ERP implementation, ensuring end-to-end alignment of business and technology architecture, technologies and tools, and business processes.The D365 Architect will be a steward and custodian for new ERP capabilities development, responsible for ensuring projects maintain overall adherence to CDC’s vision, architecture, and design guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ownership, maintenance, and conformance management of the D365 ERP Architecture and implementation of any supporting processes or activities.
- Oversight and ownership of the related architecture, including coordination, governance and continuous evolution.
- Provide advisory services to business areas, demonstrating a strong understanding of both business and technology landscapes, seeking to align strategies in both domains.
- Safeguard and evolve CDC’s technology landscape, ensuring it retains business relevance and continues to return value on investment.
- Continuous optimisation of the architecture to ensure cost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leadership in the resolutions of architectural conflicts that may arise
- On-going communication and promotion of the D365 ERP Architecture and its value.
- Ongoing research and assessment of new analysis approaches for potential ERP use within the Enterprise.
- Support the delivery of I&S projects, throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects align to I&S strategy and comply with the architecture guidelines.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and map proposed future state business operations, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, boost effectiveness, and improve stakeholder experiences.
- Validate and document business requirements to inform technical and functional requirements and business impacts.
About you:
- 10+ years in business analysis and project delivery roles, demonstrating successful project outcomes, on-time execution, and on-budget success.
- Knowledge of D365, power platform, Azure infrastructure and integration services, MS Fabric
- Significant demonstrable experience with Dynamics 365 based ERP systems in a leading technical role
- Experience leading and working with a mixed team of personnel, including internal resources and external service providers.
- Solid technical background, with hands-on experience in software development, application implementation, enterprise architecture and web technologies.
Essential:
- Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain AGSVA Security Clearance at Negative Vetting 1 level.
