The successful candidate will ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of our network infrastructure while supporting business requirements.

Employment Type: Full-Time (38 hours per week)

• Monitoring network performance to ensure availability and reliability.
• Performing maintenancesuch as firmware updates, patch management, and routine equipment checks.
• Designing,implementing, and testing network services, protocols, and infrastructure improvements.
• Troubleshooting network connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN problems, routing, andfirewall configurations.
• Configuring and installing routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers,VPNs, VLANs, and network segmentation technologies. Implementing and maintaining networksecurity protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and access control lists (ACLs).
• Monitoring network traffic for suspicious activity and mitigating security breaches.
• Maintainingand documenting network configurations, diagrams, and procedures.
• Analyzing systeminfrastructure and providing recommendations for optimization.
• Providing networkmanagement, user support, and troubleshooting.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPNs, VLANs, routing protocols, and firewall configurations.
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and implement security measures.
• Proficiency in maintaining network performance and resolving issues. Excellent documentation, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
