About the Opportunity:We are looking for experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Baby. Using the freshest seasonal produce and hand-sourced ingredients in a laidback setting, Baby is an effortless, all-day classic with a neighbourhood feel.The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Demonstrated experience as a Chef de Partie in similar role Experience in Pasta/ Hot and Larder Section highly regarded Certificate III in Commercial Cookery highly regarded Ability to build and maintain effective relationships Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead a team Demonstrate positive attitude and genuine interest in the day to day operations Solid understanding of food safety Excellent communication and presentation Time management and organisational skills Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays Working with Lucas Collective: At Lucas Collective, we champion growth.
