Data Analysis:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to inventory levels, demand forecasting, transportation, and other supply chain activities.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in the supply chain, propose solutions, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Demand Forecasting:
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
Inventory Management:
Supplier Relationship Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain strong relationships.
Reporting and Communication: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Software Proficiency: Utilize supply chain management (SCM) software and analytical tools to perform tasks and analyze data.

We are now looking for a Supply Chain Analyst, the role involves analysing data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to optimize supply chain processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. To apply you need a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years’ experience in the maritime sector.We are offering $87K - $89K
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:Data Analysis:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to inventory levels, demand forecasting, transportation, and other supply chain activities.
Process Improvement:

Demand Forecasting:

Monitor inventory levels, identify potential shortages or surpluses, and work with stakeholders to ensure timely replenishment.
Transportation Optimization: Analyze transportation costs and routes to identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved delivery times.Supplier Relationship Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain strong relationships.
Reporting and Communication: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Software Proficiency: Utilize supply chain management (SCM) software and analytical tools to perform tasks and analyze data.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve supply chain issues, such as delays, shortages, or quality problems.
