Position Summary
Work closely with users to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Identify and investigate inefficiencies in business processes, procedures, and work practices, and recommend optimal solutions.
Use data and process modeling techniques to create clear system specifications for design and development.
Develop and implement project plans using project management methodologies, principles, and techniques.
Take responsibility for deploying functional solutions, including the creation and implementation of system test plans to ensure quality and integrity.
Create user and training documentation and conduct formal training sessions for system users.
Develop functional specifications for system developers to ensure smooth system integration and development.
Act as a central reference point, providing guidance and assistance in system project decision-making processes.
Australian citizen permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar ICT Business Analyst role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate and recommend process improvements.
Proficiency in data and process modeling techniques and project management methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise documentation.
