The Role
Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator, for a contract role with a mid-January start date. This is role is offering a dynamic work schedule. The typical shift will be Monday to Thursday, from 6 PM to 1:30 AM, with a 12 PM start on Fridays.
The role involves coordinating IT project teams of 5 - 8 people, ensuring the successful execution of complex IT projects within an agreed schedule. You will be responsible for managing IT changes and ensuring that projects are completed according to the set run sheet.
The position requires a Project Coordinator or an early-career Project Manager with a proven ability to manage IT project teams and deliver projects on time. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, make quick decisions, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Your Profile
The ideal profile for this role would be a highly organised and flexible individual with a strong foundation in coordinating IT projects and managing project teams.- At least 2-5 years of experience in a project coordination role, ideally in an IT environment.
- Proven track record of delivering IT projects within agreed schedules and managing complex IT changes.
- The candidate should have experience following run sheets and adhering to timelines to ensure successful project execution.
- The ideal candidate can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, make decisions under pressure, and ensure that project deadlines are met without compromising quality.
