Level 2 Support Engineer - Immediate Start - $40ph + super

We are offering a 3-month full-time position, running until December 20th, with a potential extension until March 2025. This role is with an MSP, supporting one of their key clients. The position is based in Werrington, near the new Western Sydney Airport, with responsibilities across three additional sites (no travel to additional sites required).
This is an on-site role, 5 days a week.
You should bring the following skills and experience:
- 5+ years' experience in IT support.
- Proficiency in Office 365.
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11.
- Experience with mobile device management for iOS.
- Familiarity with Service Now or similar incident management systems.
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other networking protocols with VC Systems
- Proficiency in remote desktop support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Remote Desktop Protocol).
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair (e.g., desktops, laptops, printers).
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Experience with software deployment tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune).
- Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions.
