Job Description
  • Manage shared mailboxes for the team and serve as the first point of contact for clients.
  • Manage processes for the Operations Manager and National Operations Director
  • Organising Travel arrangements including flights and accommodation.
  • Data entry and document updates using Monday.com, OLC, MYOB, and other systems.
  • Assist with month-end processes and internal reporting.
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotes.
  • Update and amend quotes as necessary.
  • Review and evaluate job costs to ensure profitability.
  • Use Canva to prepare company proposals.
  • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Support the client on boarding process and handle admin tasks within the client life cycle.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Estimator Mindset: Comfort with numbers and a natural ability to evaluate and estimate project costs.
  • Computer Savvy: Proficiency with software tools is essential. Experience with Monday.com, Canva, Microsoft Word, and MYOB is a plus, though training will be provided.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead projects proactively, address customer needs, and make informed decisions to drive success.
  • Team Player: The team is supportive and values contributions to collective success.
  • Self-Motivated: Excellent initiative, proactive approach, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse role.
  • Organisational Skills: Effective at managing multiple tasks, working calmly under pressure, and maintaining strong prioritisation abilities.
