The Role: As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functionality and uptime of client environments. You will guide a team of Coordinators and Analysts, oversee technology architecture design and deployment, and maintain adherence to IT security and environment standards.

This role also involves contributing to project delivery activities and supporting non-production environments through Incident, Problem, and Change processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a team to ensure consistent uptime and smooth functionality of client environments.
  • Review and recommend enhancements to existing processes, tools, and technology.
  • Design and deploy technology architecture for business applications.
  • Adhere to and contribute to IT security and environment standards and policies.
  • Contribute to project delivery activities, including planning, estimating, and status reporting.
  • Support non-production environments through Incident, Problem, and Change processes.
Requirements
  • Certification and/or training on ITIL v4.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with VMware, Azure, and AWS cloud technologies.
  • Good understanding and experience with the SDLC lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with scripting tools, including Terraform, Python, bash/shell/PowerShell.
  • Well-versed in Windows and Linux Operating Systems installation, configuration, day-to-day operations, and troubleshooting of L2 incidents for instances configured in on-premises and/or cloud environments.
  • Experience with database systems such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL, and MySQL.
  • Understanding of network, operating system, and storage domains.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
