Retail Manager

As we continue to expand our services and reach within the community, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive leader to oversee our operations and contribute to our growth.

Location: Dunwich, QLD

• Strategically manage and enhance our product range, stock levels, and service offerings to meet community needs and store objectives.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that effectively promote the store's products and services, adjusting pricing strategies to remain competitive and profitable.
• Engage in active selling, provide exemplary customer service, and offer informed advice on product utilization to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain meticulous records of inventory, sales, and financial transactions to ensure store efficiency and compliance with financial protocols.
• Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring fiscal discipline and strategic allocation of resources.
• Lead, select, and train a dedicated team, ensuring all staff members are well-equipped to meet service standards and contribute positively to the store's goals.
• Ensure all operations adhere to occupational health and safety standards to provide a safe shopping and working environment.
• Additional responsibilities include fostering community relations, organizing local store events, and participating in community initiatives to strengthen our local presence.

• This is a full-time role, requiring 38 hours per week with potential for flexible scheduling based on store needs.

• The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

• Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.

• Proactive, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to anticipate market trends.
