Warehouse Shift Team Leader

Bollore Logistics, part of the CMA CGM Group, is presently undergoing integration with CEVA Logistics, a strategic move aimed at enhancing operational synergies and strengthening the group’s logistics capabilities

Bollore Logistics Australia, West Park Site is looking for 2 Warehouse Shift Team Leaders (AM and PM) with the below job responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth running of the Warehouse and operations processes and procedures.
• Ensure that the Companies Policies and Procedures when undertaking your duties are followed at all times.
• Reporting any complaints or problems to your Supervisor & Manager
• Ensure that the company standards are being met.
• Comply with Bollore Logistics Code of Conduct and associated frameworks

• Minimum 12 months experience as a Team Leader
• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Experience using RF Scanners and working in a paperless warehouse
• Computer skills and experience using WMS
• Ability to meet deadlines and KPIs
• Good communications skills
• Ability to liaise with many different people internal and external
• Holding a valid forklift license is a plus
