We're seeking an experienced Workforce Business Analyst to support the next phase of our Dayforce implementation, with a strong focus on Workforce Management and Payroll. This is a hybrid role where you'll collaborate with a highly engaged Program Manager, the Head of Workforce Management, and their 2IC to deliver impactful outcomes.

You'll be involved in workshops (already underway), stakeholder engagement, and documentation, ensuring seamless integration of Dayforce across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse and document Workforce Management and Payroll processes within Dayforce.
  • Engage stakeholders (including the Head of Workforce Management and their 2IC) to align requirements and drive adoption.
  • Participate in workshops with Deloitte to refine configurations and re-plan the next release.
  • Track WFM changes and ensure integrations to Dayforce are seamless.
  • Deliver high-quality documentation that takes stakeholders on the journey.
  • Support payroll testing and separation activities as we approach key milestones.

What We're Looking For

Experience: Proven expertise in Workforce Management (WFM) systems and/or Payroll - ideally with Dayforce or similar platforms (e.g., rostering/scheduling tools). Experience in Aged Care, Healthcare, or complex workforce environments (e.g., Woolworths, Endeavour) is highly favourable.

Corporate/banking experience is less relevant.

  • Skills: Strong BA skills with a pragmatic, outcome-driven approach. Bonus points for hybrid PM/BA or Testing experience (e.g., UAT, system integration, or test lead capabilities). We love multi-skilled people who don't stick to their lane!
  • Documentation: Exceptional ability to produce clear, detailed documentation and guide stakeholders effectively.
  • Personality: Comfortable with adapting to the demands of the role with the drive and initiative to take on different responsibilities from your day-to-day. This not only benefits the way we work, but also offers opportunity for you to grow and expand your current skill set
  • Availability: Able to start within 2 weeks and work hybrid (3 days/week).
