We are seeking a trainee truck fleet scheduler.
The role:- Efficiently scheduling deliveries and collections with company owned fleet
- Effectively communicate with drivers
- Offer exceptional customer service
- Always strive to meet customer deadlines
- Be able to alter runs on the go as priorities change
- Accurately input bookings into Electronic Booking System
- Create daily run sheets
- Contribute ways to make the job flow easier
- Must be computer literate
- Have basic understanding of Word and Excel
- Able to write clearly and work as a team member
- Must listen carefully to instructions from senior schedulers
- Have good Metro knowledge
- Be able to manage multiple priorities
- Long term stability
