Job description:- Develop and deliver marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create engaging content for digital channels, including website, email, and social media.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Manage and grow social media accounts with a focus on engagement and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with designers, writers and external agencies to produce marketing materials.
- Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional events and product launches.
- Maintain and update the CRM and marketing databases.
- Must hold Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or higher, or at least 5 years of relevant work experience in lieu of the qualification.
- Must possess at least a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practice.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
- Creative, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
