You'll collaborate closely with the Head of Product to translate product strategies into practical engineering solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Guide the development and delivery of the company's software products, ensuring alignment with business goals. Offer technical leadership and strategic direction throughout the product lifecycle.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing engineering team. Encourage collaboration and innovation, oversee team performance, and manage hiring and resource distribution.
• Architecture and Innovation: Design and implement reliable architectural solutions. Stay current with industry trends to drive innovation and ensure the technology stack remains competitive.
• Project Management: Plan, oversee, and ensure the timely and budget-friendly delivery of projects, maintaining quality. Work closely with the Head of Product to align feature roadmaps and deliverables.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product owners and business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Process Optimization: Promote the adoption of agile practices and foster continuous improvement in the engineering process. Enhance and streamline CI/CD practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Technical Knowledge: Broad experience in software development and architectural design.
• Leadership: Proven experience leading and growing engineering teams, with strong mentoring and management skills.
• Project Execution: Experience in guiding large-scale projects to successful completion, with strong planning and execution abilities.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
• Agile Practices: Expertise in Agile methodologies and managing iterative development processes.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in an engineering management or similar leadership position.
• Strong background in leading engineering teams and fostering a culture of high performance.
• Expertise in evaluating and implementing software development best practices and architectural solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
