As demand for sustainable and reliable energy infrastructure continues to grow, we are expanding our commercial footprint and seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth in existing and new customer segments.

The Role

This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for expanding our market share, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. As we continue to scale, this role offers a pathway to a senior leadership position within our ambitious and growth-oriented company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue in existing markets and penetrate new customer segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including utilities, industrial customers, and commercial partners.
  • Identify emerging trends and customer needs in the evolving energy transition landscape across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
  • Lead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform business strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the electrical equipment, power distribution, or energy sector.
  • Strong network in industries such as utilities, infrastructure, renewables, or manufacturing.
  • Commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to identify and capitalise on market trends related to electrification and energy transition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical capability preferrable but not necessary.
