About the Client:Government agency tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia. Our client is currently seeking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join their busy team for a casual 6-months temporary assignment with the potential for extension. About the roleAs a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for translating design thinking, service offerings, and ways of working into clear, impactful, and professional visual resources. These resources will be used by both internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating the Division's goals, processes, and service propositions. In addition, your key duties are as follows:
Develop innovative design solutions and produce high-quality artwork for both internal and external stakeholders.Create on-brand, visually compelling designs that meet project objectives and resonate with the target audience.
Develop and execute engaging visual narratives that effectively communicate our brand identity and service offerings.
Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to manage and oversee the graphic design process.
Ensure all graphic design outputs meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency.
About youTo be successful in this role, you must have:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar roleA tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, is highly desirable.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software tools.
High-level experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Demonstrated experience in designing for a variety of platforms and media, including digital, print, and presentations
Attention to detail and strong brand awareness.
Experience managing stakeholder relationships and feedback.
Creative problem-solving in design challenges.
