The Role:As a Software Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative software and data solutions for a diverse range of clients. You’ll collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive real impact.
From building scalable data architectures to developing advanced analytics tools, this role offers the perfect blend of technical challenge and client-facing interaction.
Key Responsibilities:Software Development & Integration: Design, develop, and implement software solutions with a focus on data engineering, AI/ML applications, and seamless system integrations using tools like Python, Power BI, and ERP platforms.
Advanced Analytics & Insights: Build robust analytics models and dashboards to empower clients with data-driven insights.
Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, present solutions, and provide ongoing support to optimize system performance.Project Leadership: Lead project delivery from concept to implementation, ensuring timelines and budgets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Continuous Innovation: Stay updated on the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, applying innovative approaches to solve client challenges.
Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure cohesive, integrated solutions.Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of learning and development.
What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in software engineering, data engineering, or related roles, with hands-on experience in Python, AI/ML, Amazon SageMaker, Power BI, and ERP systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for building innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
