Job Description
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth of Capital Equipment in the assigned territory of NSW, VIC and QLD.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in key customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers in the environmental and waste water space.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand specific market conditions and offer solutions based on this knowledge.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Capital Equipment Sales professional should have:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales professional in the environmental/wastewater/water treatment space.
  • Solid understanding of sales strategies and industry regulations.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Willingness to travel across the assigned territory on a monthly basis
