About the Roles
AWX are seeking highly motivated Customer Service Officer to join our client's team in the manufacturing, warehousing and distribution sector. Our client requires someone who has a great work ethic, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and develop.This position is for Townsville residency with the ability to work Monday to Friday, potentially 7.30am to 3.30pm.
What you'll need- Great Customer Service and phone manner
- Attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and individually to provide excellent customer service
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite - particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Current Drivers Licence
- Daily customer communication by Answering inbound calls and Communicating with drivers at dispatch window
- Processing orders
- Booking freight
- Scanning POD's
- Maintaining records
- Coordination of administration activities to support operational requirements
