Job Description- Aligning with business priorities to effectively manage the Executive's commitments and correspondence.
- Coordinating and organising travel plans and related activities.
- Streamlining daily work flow and managing expectations efficiently.
- Building and leveraging strong internal relationships to drive results.
- Collaborating with internal teams to support the execution of business strategies.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other essential documents as needed.
- Processing expenses, time sheets, and invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinating and managing events from planning to execution.
- Taking the lead and contributing to various ad-hoc projects.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- 2-3 years of experience, ideal for a team assistant or personal assistant seeking career growth, or an executive assistant looking for a change in responsibilities.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and stay one step ahead in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills, combined with adaptability and flexibility.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging effectively with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in building exceptional rapport and relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Experience in executive-level email and calendar management.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Hourly rate of $50-$60 per hour
- Opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
- Temporary contract, 5 days in the office
