Overlooking the Yarra Ranges and set amongst beautifully established native gardens, the estate features a modern cellar door, restaurant, and boutique accommodation.
THE ROLE
We are seeking a customer-focused and personable individual to be the face of Seville Estate. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a warm experience for every visitor, creating memorable and engaging interactions that reflect the premium nature of the Seville Estate brand.Beyond the cellar door, you’ll help build lasting customer relationships through thoughtful follow-ups and by sharing valuable insights with the broader team. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to contribute fresh ideas to how the cellar door operates and help shape the overall visitor experience.
Responsibilities: Cellar Door Operations, Events & Customer Experience
Deliver exceptional wine tasting experiences that reflect the premium, yet approachable, nature of our brandChampion and share the brand story and deep knowledge of our wines to create memorable, personal interactions
Lead cellar door operations, inclusive of daily setup/pack-down
Develop and implement improved procedures to enhance the efficiency and the overall experience at the cellar door
Collaborate with the Chief Winemaker to develop new tasting experiences for the cellar door and private events
Lead the planning and delivery of events and activations
Liaise with events contact to support with wedding and private functions
Sales & Customer Engagement
Drive wine sales and actively convert guests into long-term customers
Proactively encourage Wine Club sign-ups, assist in developing Wine Club activations and support with fulfilmentWork closely with the restaurant team to identify and engage loyal diners interested in wine experiences or purchases. Champion the Seville Estate wine in the restaurant
Support with DTC (Direct to Consumer) online store fulfilment
Drive sign-ups to the customer database and work alongside the Marketing Director to ensure leads are captured and followed up effectively
Capture customer insights, sharing analysis in weekly team meetings
Respond to all customer enquiries with timely and warm follow up both email and phone
Administrative and Marketing Support
Assist with administrative duties related to cellar door, events, and sales as needed
Monthly stock stakeEngage with tourism bodies and regional partners to represent the winery at key event

Confident and personable – You should feel comfortable engaging with a variety of customers, building rapport, and following up both via email and over the phone.
Excited by understanding customers - someone who can analyse customer data and effectively communicate business insights to the broader team.
