Instructional Designer
- Develop and design courseware: Use Articulate Rise and other e-learning authoring tools to create interactive e-learning modules.
- Create engaging content: Develop learning activities and course content that enhance knowledge, retention, and transfer, ensuring clarity ad relevance to the target audience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with the Manager, Professional Learning Programs, subject matter experts and IT to identify training needs and launch e-learning platforms.
- Analyse and improve courseware: Evaluate existing courseware and resources, making recommendations for improvement.- Apply best practice: Implement trends and best practices in adult learning theory and instructional design, and technical writing.- Create and edit multimedia: Create visual elements such as designs ad simple illustrations using Adobe creative suite software and perform basic editing on audio, video, ad interactive media to enhance learning experiences.- Maintain project documentation: Ensure all project documentation and course folders are up to date and accessible, demonstrating strong technical writing skills.- Manage inbox queries: Forward access-related queries to Client Services, direct content-related queries to the content owner, and respond to issues related to quiz questions or RISE functions.
