We’re looking for a passionate Full-Time Cook to join the team at Deccan Flavours Lakemba! What You’ll Be Doing:

• Cooking and presenting Indian menu items to high standards
• Helping develop daily specials and seasonal dishes
• Ensuring meals are prepared efficiently and taste amazing
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly
• Managing stock, helping with orders, and reducing waste
• Following food safety and hygiene standards
• Working closely with other kitchen and front-of-house team members
• Training and supporting junior kitchen staff when needed
• Operating kitchen equipment safely

What We’re Looking For:

• A relevant culinary qualification
• At least 1 year of experience in similar settings, preferably with Indian cuisine
• Someone who works well independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work weekends and busy periods
