An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Fund Accountant to join a dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working and working with one client fund, providing an in-depth understanding and hands-on experience. While the role involves elements of tax, there is a dedicated tax team available for support, ensuring you can focus on your core responsibilities.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Fund Accountant, your primary responsibility will be managing and overseeing the financial activities of the client's fund. You will prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Working closely with our dedicated tax team, you will handle tax-related tasks efficiently. Your role also involves providing financial advice and guidance to the client based on the fund's performance. Collaborating with other team members to achieve financial objectives is a key part of this role.

  • Manage and oversee the financial activities of the client's fund
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Work closely with the tax team to manage tax-related tasks
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to the client based on the fund's performance
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve financial objectives

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Fund Accountant position brings proven experience in a similar role along with strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations. Your excellent numerical skills and attention to detail will enable you to manage the fund's finances accurately.

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is crucial in this role. Strong communication skills are required to effectively liaise with clients and team members. Proficiency in using accounting software is also essential.
