We are looking for a dedicated and full time Production EngineerDuties and Responsibilities:
- Design and assemble products with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality through measurements and technical drawing interpretation.
- Operate advanced machinery like robots and CNC machines with expertise, keeping them running smoothly through skilled maintenance.
- Design machines and equipment; and identify and troubleshoot issues related to machines and equipment developing effective solutions to maximize performance and efficiency.
- Partner with colleagues to brainstorm and implement projects that enhance productivity and workflow.
- Analyze project documents and engineering principles to develop cost-effective solutions that meet requirements.
- Analyze workforce, facilities, and data to identify and implement strategies for achieving peak productivity.
- Organize and manage project labor and material delivery to ensure timely completion and smooth operation.
- Assist in establishing guidelines and standards for installation, quality control, testing, and inspection of machinery and equipment.
- Design and develop engineering solutions for machine installations that adhere to industry regulations and prioritize safety.
- Plan and prioritize work orders, coordinate staff, and align dispatch schedules for efficient production.
- Develop asset management framework, adhere to maintenance schedules, and ensure equipment reliability.
- Investigate equipment failures, implement process improvements, and collaborate with teams.
- Manage product documentation and provide hands-on support for inventory and production continuity.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced production environment.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and production documentation.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process optimization strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to equipment performance and plant efficiency.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
