We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsperson to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and plans that translate conceptual designs into practical scaffolding solutions. This role requires close collaboration with architects, construction managers, and clients to ensure compliance with specifications, regulations, and industry standards.

• Develop detailed drawings and plans based on architects' concepts and client requirements.
• Interpret and apply relevant building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance.
• Prepare preliminary sketches, working drawings, and specifications for scaffolding projects.
• Coordinate with construction managers, architects, and surveyors to plan and organize project workflows.
• Inspect work and materials for compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Calculate costs and estimate time scales for project completion.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify designs.
• Maintain accurate records of designs, revisions, and project documentation.

• Diploma or higher qualification in Architectural Drafting or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsperson, preferably within the scaffolding or construction industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
