What you’ll do

The Macro & Micro Space Analyst is responsible for deriving fact-based recommendations on how we utilise our space in store across Customer Space Upgrades, new stores, renewals and range reviews.
The role will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure the best space outcomes are achieved for our stores and customers through rigorous data analysis, reporting and interpretation.
 •  Identify key strategic priorities for our space optimisation program using quantitative and qualitative research
 •  Use of analytical tools to drive continuous improvement and recommendations on space optimisation strategy, striving to maximise our return on Space
 •  Identify opportunities and solutions through structured analysis and problem solving while easily communicating tangible results to key stakeholders
 •  Support the development and rollout of new space optimisation tools and processes within the business
 •  Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into endorsable presentation packs for teams

What you’ll bring
 •  Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
 •  1-3 years experience in an analytical role within Retail/ FMCG
 •  Strong visualisation, verbal and written skills
 •  Advanced Excel skills, Blue Yonder and SQL experience will be highly regarded
 •  Strong prioritisation skills and ability to draw insights from data
