The Role
The Feasibility Manager plays an influential role within the broader Commercial & Finance function, acting as the analytical engine behind the business's global growth agenda. Working hand-in-hand with the Development team, this role provides the insight, modelling capability and commercial assessment needed to shape investment decisions, validate new opportunities, and guide the expansion of our international portfolio.
In close collaboration with senior leaders across multiple regions, the Feasibility Manager will help translate strategic ambitions into commercially sound initiatives. The role is proactive, data-driven and forward-looking; supporting market entry decisions, project prioritisation, and the financial architecture behind each development proposal.
It is a role of critical importance to the business and its success will ensure the organisation is best placed to further build on its decades long success story and ensure it is in the best possible position to further enhance its footprint, whilst maintaining its peerless reputation and standing in its industry.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assess development and investment opportunities through financial modelling and feasibility analysis.
- Build short- and long-term revenue and cash-flow forecasts for new and existing assets.
- Produce feasibility studies including scenario and sensitivity modelling.
- Prepare investment cases, board papers and decision-ready presentations.
- Track the global development pipeline and flag risks or priority shifts.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decisions.
- Benchmark performance and development activity against industry peers.
- Engage with developers, investors and internal teams to validate assumptions and progress approvals.
- Support deal evaluation, commercial term reviews and internal approval workflows.
- Partner with Finance on forecasting, budgeting and strategic analysis.
- Maintain and refine reporting tools, dashboards and templates.
- Identify and drive automation or efficiency improvements in modelling and reporting.
- Monitor project risks and regulatory considerations, recommending mitigations.
- Work with Legal to review agreements and ensure compliance.
- Evaluate existing properties to identify repositioning or investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with Operations to analyse performance and support retention efforts.
- Share insights and updates across global teams to ensure alignment.
- Contribute to strategic projects and ad-hoc commercial analysis as required.
Your Profile
The successful candidate will be a high performing commercial project, investment or fund management professional with a background in performing commercial due diligence.
In addition, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience in feasibility analysis or project evaluation, with confidence assessing commercial viability.
- Comfort interpreting financial models and translating data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Skilled at identifying risks, testing assumptions and forming balanced, evidence-based conclusions.
- An ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively to a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- An organised and proactive approach, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Curious and commercially minded, with a genuine interest in understanding how opportunities create value.
- Collaborative and approachable, while also capable of working independently when required.
- A focus on improving processes, reporting and decision-making frameworks to enhance overall outcomes.
- Sound judgement, analytical rigour and practical problem-solving skills developed through hands-on feasibility work.
