The position:

The Business Delivery & Analytics Lead plays a crucial role in the accuracy and management of our client database and reporting across Home Care systems. This role is focused on maximising Home Care financial performance via timely claiming inputs, tracking client movements via MAC portal and Service Australia, budget management, and oversight.

This position will place emphasis on further defining and the development of the Home Care Reporting Framework and BI dashboards in-line with the Respect Strategic Plan and Critical Success Factors. The Business Delivery & Analytics Lead will establish and maintain cohesive working relationships focused on driving business divisional outcomes and performance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review and sign off authority for Home Care budget publishing, ensuring accurate usage of client/government funding.
  • Maintain Home Care client database within Home Care systems.
  • Key interface and management with Aged Care Portal, Services Australia.
  • Design and deliver operational reporting including operational performance data, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports via BI dashboard.
  • Conduct analysis of key home care metrics to proactively identify solutions, influencing Home Care leaders to optimise client and employee satisfaction, financial performance, and client outcomes.
  • Active contribution to Home Care system advancements and development toward the future ‘Support at Home’ model.
  • Delivery of adhoc. projects relating to &/or aligned to the Respect Strategic objectives.

Requirements

What you can bring to the role:

  • Experience in Reporting and Analytics, working knowledge of Aged Care and/or Health sector
  • Ability to partner with, influence, and advise senior stakeholders
  • Attention to detail, able to multi-task and deliver within timeframes
  • Strong commercial acumen, modelling and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical skillset with ability to work with, interpret data and draw meaningful insights
  • Proven ability to use technology to meet deadlines whilst maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accuracy
  • Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
