About the Role- Partner with leadership teams to deliver ER advice, manage escalations, and support best practice people initiatives
- Support Enterprise Agreement (EA) development, negotiation, and implementation
- Support organisational change, employee engagement initiatives, and people strategy execution
- Reporting into the Head of People, supporting projects, policy implementation, and compliance
- Business partnering experience within unionised environments
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Enterprise Agreements
- Confident decision-maker with the ability to manage change, influence leaders, and handle sensitive matters professionally
- Interim opportunity through to August with an immediate start
- $60-$65 per hour + super
- Hybrid working model
