City of Parramatta have exciting casual opportunities working as Customer Theatre Operators at Riverside Theatres.
About the role
Customer experience is pivotal to ensure Riverside Theatres are maintained as a centre of excellence for performing arts, events and exhibitions in Parramatta and Western Sydney. The Customer Theatre Operators is responsible for providing moderate to direct supervision, a high level of customer service to Riverside Theatres stakeholders including patrons, customers, hires and producers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high level customer service to all stakeholders ensuring all guests are greeted face-to-face in a polite and friendly manner.
- Undertake food and beverage service, usher and box office team as per roster and operational requirements.
- Promote theatre programs, shows and services.
- Ensure accurate and correct sales and cash handling procedures are always followed.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Responsible service of alcohol certificate
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 15kg.
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Proven ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure, supported by strong organisation and time management skills.
- Previous experience in food and beverage operations is desirable
What’s on offer
We are offering an attractive total remuneration from $33.22 p/h (including 25% Casual Loading) + 11.5% Superannuation & Penalties
