With plush red velvet and moody lighting setting the tone, it serves a supper club-style offering of dinner and a show, with live entertainment programming every Friday and Saturday night, and select additional dates.Also on the menu in this decadent subterranean space: bottle service, shared signature cocktails and a menu of French-leaning supper bites. About the Opportunity: We are looking for the industry’s best Assistant Manager to join our team to deliver a best-in-class experience for both our guests and crew.
You will ensure a high standard of service and restaurant operations. The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Demonstrated management experience in a premium dining environment Exceptional service skills and guest focus, with particular expertise in engaging VIP clientele.
