The Role

The Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist will provide specialist assessment and consultation regarding the management of patients in the Forensic Hospital with neuropsychological conditions and cognitive impairments, including those associated with serious mental illness.

The Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist will work with multidisciplinary teams across the Forensic Hospital to assess, formulate and develop management plans for patients with complex presentations, as well as provide support, consultation and training for clinical/forensic psychologists within the hospital in the assessment and management of patients with neuropsychological conditions and impairments.

The Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist will also contribute to the development or adaptation of therapeutic programs within the hospital to ensure accessibility of programs for patients with impairments that might otherwise impede participation.
