• Answer telephone calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary, Take and ensure messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis.
• Schedule appointments, diary management and management of meetings, preparation of meeting and training rooms.
• Handle queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
• Assist with the management of all wedding and function bookings with a full understanding of function areas and capacities, efficiently coordinating covers.
• Liaise promptly and frequently with clients via phone and email as well as in person, providing support to clients throughout the planning process and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Liaise with kitchen and front-of-house supervisors in the lead up to and during events.
• Assist Management with the planning and execution of large-scale events.
• Maintain a calendar of events and promotions.
• Identify and develop relationships with key wedding and event platforms and vendors.
• Promote and market the venue, developing its public profile and market presence, and identify new opportunities to attract potential clients.
• Ensure all websites and social media platforms are up to date ensuring promotion of weddings and events.
• Be available to work evenings and on weekends.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abbotsbury, NSW 2178: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
