About the Role
Join the team at as a casual CDP and work across restaurant, breakfast, events and in-room dining. Bring your skills, passion and knowledge for cooking classic pub food in a hotel environment.
Skills & Experience- 2+ years’ worth of experience in hotels, restaurants, or bistros at a similar level
- Experience across different sections including pans, grill and larder.
- Ability to train, guide and mentor junior staff.
- An eye for detail and maintaining product consistency and quality.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Attention to detail, well-presented and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure, while still delivering a high standard.
