We are seeking a Customer Service Officer / All rounder that can start ASAP.
Location: Padstow ( Train and bus is approx. 20-30 min walk)Working Days: Flexible 5 days, 4 days, 3 days per week - let us know what works for you.
Hours:
- Flexible
- 9am - 4pm , 10 am
- 4pm, 11am -4pm etc

Experience: No experience required, we will teach you. But if you do have experience that is great!.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Officer in Padstow to work with our customer service team and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate over the phone with customers on a daily basis.
- Generate new leads ( we will guide you).
- Answer the phones as required.
- Book appointments.
- Generate Emails ( we will guide you)
Skills and Experience Required:
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive improvements.
- Clear English and communication skills
- Amazing Phone manner that is happy and fun.
