Production Line Leader

AWX is looking for experienced Line Leaders to join our client's team based in Stapylton. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop into a Group Leader and potentially advance further within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assign production staff locations
Enforce company dress code
Adhere to procedures, specifications, and policies
Meet customer deadlines and specifications, notify of exceptions
Verify labels are accurate and up to date
Conduct daily quality assurance checks
Maintain cleanliness of factory and office
Some heavy lifting required

About You:

Proven leadership and coaching abilities
Clear communication of orders and instructions
Experience in food processing, machine operation in the FMCG industry
Initiative to seek out work with limited directions
Good attention to detail
Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, HACCP protocols
Committed, reliable, with a strong work ethic
