Talent Right has partnered exclusively with our client BLAYD – Bespoke Outdoor Living for the appointment of a Site Construction Manager specialising in end-to-end residential landscaping projects in the Eastern Suburbs & Northern Beaches, Sydney.

All trades are managed in-house not via subcontractors ensuring consistency in quality and total project control.

Requirements

The Role:

This role will suit a seasoned Structural Landscape Specialist who has a proven track record working on technical landscaping projects creating superior outdoor living sanctuaries for clients.

You will pride yourself on creating a “white collar experience” for customers throughout the construction stages by maintaining and respecting privacy and demonstrating an exceptional standard of communication with both homeowners and Architects alike.

This is a senior role for a professional with a history of leading small teams, taking pride in your work whilst being actively on the tools yourself. You will have a broad structural landscaping skill set from interpreting plans and designs to bricklaying, paving, tiling, water proofing, screeding concrete, steel and form and basic plant knowledge.

If you have experience in basic irrigation, pool plumbing and low voltage electrical skills for garden lighting installs this would be beneficial, but BLAYD will up-skill in areas that you do not have experience in if required.
