They play a critical role in regulating energy safety standards, licensing electrical and gas professionals, and conducting compliance and enforcement activities to protect the community.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining digital platforms, delivery methodology and standards aligned with digital delivery best practice.
• Providing technology and platform product leadership in areas of technical feasibility, product best use, system interfaces and other relevant considerations in relation to the delivery portfolio.
• Providing the efficient analysis and resolution of reported problems across digital platforms within established service level requirements.
• Managing upgrades, administration, and configuration of digital platforms for production, test and development environments.

• Significant experience in similar role in a project or delivery team environment
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics - essential
• Demonstrable team leadership and influencing skills, including managing and developing team members
• Technical expertise in the administration, management and use of business systems, including Microsoft SQL Server administration
• Significant programming skills in Java, J2EE (e.g. JBoss), JavaScript and database integration
• Well-developed incident and analytical problem-solving skills

• $132,687 - $154,039 + Super
