Welders/Boilermakers

Wellpro Services is hiring!

We are looking for a competent and qualified Welders/Boilermakers to join our team at our headquarters in Roma QLD.

The Welder/Boilermaker is responsible for fabrication and welding as directed by the Operations Manager or Supervisor and ensuring that all work is conducted in a safe and professional manner.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure all fabrication and welding activities are carried out to high standard and all measures are taken to ensure a high-quality end product is produced.
• Attend HSE/Toolbox meetings.
• Participating in the site safety initiatives.
• Comply with relevant WellPro Services HSE policies and procedures and safety rules.
• Wear correct PPE at all times.
• Identify risks in the workplace.
• Report all incidents, injuries & near misses.
• Recommending possible improvements to the quality system.

Qualifications:

• Trade qualified Boilermaker or Welder.
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with other WellPro Services employees and follow directions given by the management team.
• Be an active & contributing member to all fabrication and welding functions.

Salary range:

• $65,000 - $75,000 per year
