About the role

As the Supporter Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing a range of content to engage supporters that will include newsletters, emails, appeals and other fundraising materials. You will be part of a team providing creative solutions to grow support for the movement and meet the fundraising needs of SU Australia and its many stakeholder groups.

Utilising your talents in copywriting and storytelling, you will generate more awareness for the SU Australia brand and grow mission by developing high quality materials, drawing on the skills of the wider Supporter Engagement team. This is a full time role on a 6 month fixed-term contract.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ copywriting or fundraising experience required.
  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, public relations or a related discipline are preferred.
  • Experience delivering content in a non-profit environment is highly desirable.
  • Some experience in Graphic Design (desirable, not essential).
