Master Catering provides meal solutions from complete packaged meals to components for clients from Nursing Homes to Hospitals.
What You’ll Be Doing: Assisting in the preparation and baking of pastries, cakes, and desserts
Working with commercial bakery equipment and production systemsMaintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
Supporting senior chefs in day-to-day catering operations
Learning new techniques and recipes in a hands-on role

Who We’re Looking For: Living in Australia with an easy reach to Lidcombe, Parramatta & Western Suburbs NSW
A passion for pastry and a love for foodPrevious experience with premixed cakes, muffins, commercial mixes, and bakery machinery is an advantage
A willingness to learn and grow in the industry
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Good communication skills
Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (a bonus!)
