The primary purpose of the role is to work with the GenesisCare centralised Marketing function and support the prioritisation and delivery of requests for design work from the wider business.

More specifically, you will:

Work Closely with the wider creative and digital marketing teams to complete design projects
Plan and complete work for all markets and various ad-hoc support for the wider team
Graphic design of essential marketing collateral such as brochures, invites, graphics, infographic and iconography, advertisements
Digital asset creation such as ads, banners, billboards and social graphics
Follow predefined brand guidelines
Create templates for use across the business
Support upload of templates to digital asset management platform, and liaise with print supplier as required to ensure files are supplied in their required print ready format

Prioritise tasks to meet delivery deadlines to meet stakeholder needs

Who you are:

5 years' design experience

Experience in Adobe design suite (e.g. InDesign, Photoshop)
Have basic video editing skills
Large format graphic and print design

Ability to apply brand and UI design thinking to digital asset creation

Knowledge of UI/UX design principles to support digital program of work in building visual brand across websites and digital campaigns – ideal, but not essential
Ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including members of the creative and digital marketing teams, agencies etc.
Experience working with brand guidelines
