• Continually support internal health and safety policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Train staff on safety procedures and protocols.
• Manage emergency procedures and coordinate drills.
• Maintain records of incidents and produce statistical reports.
• Recommend improvements in the health and safety management system.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure the organisation is up to date with new legislation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Health & Safety Manager will be able to demonstrate:

• Thorough knowledge of health and safety laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• The ability to develop and implement health and safety policies.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of safety management information systems.

• $70 per hour plus superannuation.
